Your account settings control your personal identity on the Karada platform. Access them by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner and selecting Account Settings.

Profile

Avatar

Your avatar is displayed next to your name across the platform — in team lists, deployment logs, and comments. Click on your existing avatar to upload a new one from your device.
An avatar is optional but strongly recommended for team collaboration.

Display Name

Set a display name that other team members will see. This can be your full name or any alias you prefer.
  • Maximum 32 characters.
  • Click Save to apply changes.

Email

Your primary email is used for:
  • Login authentication (via OAuth)
  • Account-related notifications (deployment alerts, team invitations)
Your email is displayed with a Primary badge and cannot currently be changed through the UI. Contact support if you need to update it.

Authentication

Karada uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. You sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google or GitHub), which means:
  • No passwords to manage — authentication is handled by your identity provider.
  • Automatic session management — Karada securely manages your session cookies.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — Enable 2FA on your identity provider (e.g., GitHub) for an additional layer of security on your Karada account.

Billing

The Billing section allows workspace owners to manage their subscription plan and payment methods. Billing is always associated with a Workspace, not an individual account. To view or update billing:
  1. Navigate to your Account Settings.
  2. Select the Billing tab in the sidebar.

Danger Zone

At the bottom of your account settings, you’ll find the Delete Account section.
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. This action will:
  • Remove your personal workspace and all its projects
  • Revoke your access to any team workspaces
  • Delete all associated deployment history
You will be asked to confirm before the deletion proceeds.
